Check Your Spiritual Health Regularly

Checkups are essential. My brother is my dentist. Every six months, he checks my teeth. He maintains their health. He does whatever is necessary to do that.

Track and field coaches video their athletes. They check their technique. They make suggestions to improve it.

I am suggesting how to know you are growing spiritually. You have a Christian life profile. It has strengths and weaknesses. Do you know what they are?

If you do not, you are living in the fog. Discovering them will enable you to see yourself more clearly.

The Bible supports testing your spiritual health (1 Corinthians 11:28, Hebrews 2:1). This assessment tool will help.
